I primarily write women's fiction but because of my life circumstances I now write about so much more.

What is women's fiction? It is a story that could be taken from real life. It is a story that women can relate to because it's more than just romance. It is a story that revolves around issues all women, especially the Boomer women of my generation, deal with – marriage, divorce, children, parents – you know, the stuff that makes up our everyday lives.

My debut novel, Second Chance, is the story of marriages – past and present – and was named Book of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2008 by Wizards of Words, a national writers association!

My second novel Coming Together, co-written with Joyce Norman, an exceptional writer, is a story of love and adventure in Rio. I know you will enjoy reading both.

It has taken me several years to write my latest book. Not because it was a particularly hard book to write. No, life just got in the way. It started way back in 2008 and kept evolving. Then in May of 2010, my husband died suddenly, and my world turned upside down. It took me quite a while to be able to reclaim my life. When I finally came up for air, I wrote I Will Never Leave You: a soul mate's promise. That book not only tells the story of our love and life together but I also explain and teach how love and relationship continues into the next life and how we can communicate across the Veil.

But now I have decided to go back to my first love – fiction. No Other Choice, is all about romance. What would you do if the lost love of your life suddenly returned and wanted you back? Could you pick up where you had left off? Should you? Charlotte's one true love, who had left her years before, returns to her life in this heart-warming story mixed with a little medical intrigue.
